You do the big thinking.
I’ll handle the rest.

Bringing structure to your chaos, so you can focus on what matters.

What I Do

Most of the people I work with are juggling more than they have time for. It's not that they can't do it all, it's that they shouldn't have to.

I step in to take care of the stuff that slows you down, distracts you, or just sits on your to-do list way too long. That might mean sorting your calendar, smoothing out team processes, handling the admin backlog, or helping you get a project over the line.

My background is in marketing and team management, so I don't need a lot of hand-holding. I'm used to messy systems, fast deadlines and getting things done quickly. I bring calm, structure and practical support, so you can get on with the things only you can do.

Who I Work With

I work best with creative entrepreneurs, founders, and freelancers who are juggling clients, projects, marketing, and life - and know it’s too much for one person. You have big ideas, but admin, marketing, and follow-ups often slip through the cracks, and you’d rather focus on the work only you can do. You don’t want to micromanage, you want someone you can trust to take care of the details, bring calm to the chaos, and keep things quietly moving forward behind the scenes.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all packages, especially when you’re running a small business or juggling a growing client list. Instead, I start with a conversation: What’s on your plate right now? What’s falling through the cracks? What would make your life feel lighter? From there, we figure out the right mix of support that makes the biggest difference for you.

What’s Usually Included

I don’t slot clients into pre-built systems. I shape support around how you work best. Whether you need help staying on top of the small stuff or building out bigger systems for visibility and growth, we’ll create a setup that fits your workflow and frees up your headspace.

That said, most setups include a few core elements to keep things moving smoothly:

  • Shared task system in Notion - This acts as our central hub: tasks, statuses, deadlines, priorities - all in one place. It’s clear, async-friendly, and easy to scale as we go.
  • Async communication via Slack or email, with response within 24 hours (weekdays)
  • Weekly recap with what’s done, what’s next, and anything that needs your input
  • Calendar & inbox support - even at light hours, I can still help reduce daily noise
  • Tracking visibility - whether it’s metrics, lead status, or tasks, we’ll keep things clear
  • Graceful pushback from both sides to keep deadlines realistic and avoid last-minute stress

No two clients I work with need the same kind of support. Some want help building systems, others just need a second brain to keep the day-to-day on track. That’s why our first few weeks together are all about figuring out what works best. There may be a little more back-and-forth in the beginning as we build context and find our rhythm, but the goal is to create a working relationship that becomes smoother, lighter, and more efficient over time. The discovery call is where we start mapping that out.

These kind words reflect the kind of support I aim to bring to every working relationship.

Tommy M - Founder & CEO, Creator Monetisation

When I first spoke to Grace, I was really just curious to see if a VA would be helpful for me at all. If I’d known how helpful it was going to be, I’d have hired her months ago. Working with Grace has freed up close to a third of my average week for me to focus on the parts of the business that matter the most. It’s done wonders for my headspace, because I know that someone I can trust is there to stop important stuff falling through the cracks. And it’s had a literal 10x ROI from a direct revenue perspective as well. Genuinely, if you’re running a business solo or with a small team, I cannot recommend working with Grace highly enough.

Ben D - Founder & Web Designer, Hatch

I didn’t realise how much mental load I was carrying until Grace stepped in and took it off my plate. Within the first month, she’d streamlined key processes and cleared up hours of my week - not to mention significantly reduced the number of things I was dropping or delaying. She’s sharp, proactive, and genuinely easy to trust. If you’re running a business and feel like you’re always playing catch-up, working with Grace is one of the best decisions you can make.

Daniel A - COO, Bartra Wealth Advisors

Over the last few months, I’ve leaned on Grace mostly for research - structured market scans, pricing benchmarks, due diligence notes, and sourcing the right experts. She filters noise well: clear criteria up front, transparent sources, and a summary that makes the next step obvious. Turnaround is quick, questions are thoughtful, and the output is dependable. She also drafts first-contact emails and briefings so we can move immediately from findings to action. In short, she saves me hours and improves the quality of our decisions. I highly recommend her services and will be using her going forward for ongoing research, expert sourcing, and executive briefings.

FAQs

How do we get started?

Simple, we have a quick call to talk through what’s on your plate and where I might be able to help. If it feels like a good fit, we agree a starting setup (usually a few hours per week), and I jump in from there.

What kinds of things can I hand over to you?

If it’s admin, marketing support, project wrangling, or day-to-day business tasks, I can probably take it off your hands. We start with what’s slowing you down most, and build from there.

Do I need to have everything organised before we start?

Not at all. Helping you get organised is part of the job. If things feel a bit messy or chaotic right now, that’s a good reason to bring someone in.

How do you work day-to-day?

I usually check in at the start of the week, keep things moving in the background, and send updates or questions as needed. I’m flexible, some clients I talk to daily, others just once a week. We’ll figure out a rhythm that works.

What tools do you use?

Whatever you’re already using or I can recommend something if you’re starting from scratch. I’m comfortable with Notion, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, Meta Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, and more.

How much does it cost to work with you?

It depends on what you need and how often. I usually work on a flexible weekly or monthly retainer. We’ll talk it through on our intro call and find something that works for both of us.
